Pet care experience
My name is Alicia. Here is a bit about myself. I am a stay at home mom right now to my 2.5 year old son. I am so happy to be able to share these adventures with him. He is great with the animals and I am so proud of how gentle and aware he is of the furry friends we meet. He is mindful of their body language and has great respect for them. Being outdoors and enjoying nature is our favorite thing to do but it's always better when there is a joyful ball of fur (or a few) trotting alongside us. My service is a great way to bring some extra joy your beloved pups days while they wait for their humans to come home from work or if away. Due to my love for animals I am constantly learning about behavior and breeds. For your pets safety I am certified in Dog CPR, safety and first aid. Animals seem to be drawn to me and I love every bit of it! Before coming across Rover June 2019, collecting my friends and families dogs to go for hikes as well as pet sitting over the years has aways been a joy. Now its a great thing to share with my son sometimes, who is now 2, he is so gentle and good with the animals. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Alicia was awesome with my ginormapuppy Dakota. I was nervous leaving him with a stranger (Alicia is no longer a stranger), for the first time. He's a 131 pound Daniff; so no small task for anyone. Add to that separation anxiety, and he can be possessive of his things and space. Alicia came over and met us before her stay of 3 days. Dakota warmed up to her right away. I was the nervous nellly; I got daily updates, and photos of them cuddling on the couch; he even tried to sleep with her, which she let him for a bit; but given his size ... she had to kick him off LOL. I'd highly recommend Alicia, and would use her again for looking after Dakota. Such a lovely lady!
Alicia took great care of our cats while we were gone. She was a great communicator and replies to messages very quickly. We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!
We were so nervous leaving our cat for the first time but Alicia took amazing care of him. She sent us pictures regularly and little notes to tell us how he was doing. I would recommend her to anyone and have already told friends about this service.
Such a lovely person and she was amazing with all our animals (one being a fairly large puppy). I highly recommend Alicia!!! :-)

A typical day
We love walking the trails around town. I naturally work keep up on good walking manners. We love sharing intermittent treats if their human is good with that. When we do a drop in I focus on entertaining, giving love and caring for the animal for the chosen time.

Availability
I am a stay at home momma and love doing a 30+ minute walk a few times a week with my 2 year old. During the week I do a drop in a few times a week with my son and the evenings I am availble child free.
