Alicia did an outstanding job! In the past, we used a local kennel and were concerned about reviews about that boarding facility and when we left our dogs there, they seemed to be traumatized and smelled terrible! We knew we needed an alternative and we heard about Rover.com and decided to try them out. I was so worried to leave my two Yorkies with a stranger, we set up a meet and greet the day before we booked and it was wonderful! It was an extended stay so I was so thrilled that Alicia provided updates and photos of our little fur babies! When we returned, our fur babies seemed to be happy and untraumatized. Alicia was wonderful and I am so thankful that we gave Rover.com a try! I will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a great fur babysitter!
