Hey there, Are you looking for someone you can trust to ease your worries and help with your fur babies while your away? Well, you found me! I'm Alicia ( Leash ) and I've been a Rover sitter on here for 9 years now and love what I do through here. I have had the privilege of getting to know some amazing dogs, cats and their "humans". I am available most weekends and most evenings throughout the week. I am also a pet parent with 3 fur babies. A corgi, senior chihuahua and senior pitty. Till this day, I have always had a dog/cat, often both, that I have made part of the family. They are part of us, what makes us who we are and contribute to our family. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs. This does not negatively influence me. I also have experience with caring for diabetic and elderly dogs, as well as bathing and grooming. I was apart of 4-H for 10 years growing up, and showed a variety of animals at our county fair every year. I enjoy being apart of and giving back to the community and one of the ways I do that is by volunteering at local animal shelters. Walking and exercising the dogs, giving them time out of their kennels, making sure they get socialized and engaging with/ enriching them. I also am apart of and have fostered dogs for Seven Star Sanctuary and Rescue out of Southwest, MI. This is also something that I highly enjoy giving my time and love to. I get a lot of satisfaction from helping in different ways, with many different situations. I believe all of our companions deserve to be cared for, respected and loved in the right way by the right people. They are our family and part of our daily happiness. You want them treated in the same manner as you would your children. I enjoy meeting new pet parents, learning about their pets and would love giving my energy to because this is something that I thoroughly enjoy and would take care and love them with my very best as you would.
