WE TAKE CARE OF ONLY ONE DOG AT A TIME OR TWO DOGS FROM THE SAME OWNER. -We Specialize : We have experience with dogs for almost 20 years, from puppy to senior. In the care of SENIOR dogs of SMALL SIZE (no more than 25 lbs). We can provide oral medication administration, daily exercise, and potty break every 2-4 hours. And, we will adhere to special diets per your instructions. - Our Rate & Policy : We offer overnight boarding ($65 for up to 24 hours; $80 for holiday) and daycare between 8 AM and 7 PM ($55 for the full day; $65 for holiday). Extended hours (before 8 AM and after 7 PM) is an additional $5 per hour or partial hour. The earliest drop-off is at 6 AM. The latest pick-up is at 9PM. -Our Dog : My husband and I have a 7-year-old male Bichon mix, Kubo. He has flea treatments and up-to-date vaccination records. His energy levels are medium to low. He is doing great around older dogs or dogs that are mellow and shy. Kubo is a rescued dog from the meat market in South Korea. Though he suffered so much in the past, he is a very calm and sweet pup! He has the best temper ever!

-Our Condo : We live in a one bedroom condo in Playa Vista. Our condo is nice and clean. We have wood flooring and lots of area rugs, which is good for senior dogs since wood flooring can be too slippery for their legs. We have dividers to close the entry to the kitchen to keep dogs away from human food and trash bins. -Our Community : We live in a dog-friendly community with lots of gated dog parks and walking trails. We take our dog out for walks 3 times per day (9AM, 5PM and 10PM). We also take him to dog parks over the weekends. Our dog is socialized with other dogs but enjoys his own time more than dancing and playing with other dogs.

A typical day
We live in a dog-friendly community with lots of gated dog parks and walking trails. We usually take dogs out for walks at 9 AM, 5 PM and 10PM everyday and to the dog parks in the weekend. After walks, we will clean their feet and teeth and go over their bodies to clean out the dirts. During the day, dogs can walk around freely inside the house. There is no yard but a small balcony. My office dent is right in the middle of the whole room where I can easily see them. I will take breaks from work every 60 minutes to check up on them and play with them a little bit or provide potty breaks.

-Our Schedule : My husband has been working full-time from home since pandemic. I'm currently working part-time from home. We both take times to check on dogs regularly and play with them at our breaks. To assure a quality sitting experience, we take care of only 1 dog at a time or 2 dogs from the same owner on Rover.
