Pet care experience
I really try to stick to the routine that your dog is already on so that they remain as calm and happy as possible. We will stay busy with activities, play and snuggles to keep the lonelies away! I am almost 6 feet and strong, so big dogs are just fine for me to manage and walk even if they tug. I have several years experience as a dog trainer with all sizes. My philosophy? There is ONLY value in positive reinforcement! Training with treats, encouragement and parties is the way to go and you see VAST changes when doing this...after all, they just want to make us happy and so they deserve the same. Also worked as a dog bather at Petsmart so I am versed in health concerns/issues as well as can provide some basic grooming and care. *Please note: I can only accept small to medium dogs in my home overnight, this is not because I don't want them but for their comfort and wellbeing as my apt is on the smaller side.

I live in a safe, gated apartment building just a block from a park where dogs from the neighborhood often socialize. My apt is a clean comfortable space for your pup, the only issue is size so as for boarding I would only accept small to medium to be fair to them however I am comfortable babysitting and size and breed.

If there are any training concerns feel free to let me know, and if it's not to stressful of a time with Mom or Dad away you may just return to a behavior change surprise! Vet information and what to do in an emergency as well.
A typical day
While it will be important to maintain your dogs routine and schedule as closely as possible while you are away, we will also take some long walks or attend dog parks if allowed so as to get your dogs mind off missing you and hopefully they will have had so much fun they sleep right through the night comfortably.
