Pet care experience
Be sure to use code PetPalAlice for $20 off your first booking! I love and respect animals endlessly, and being able to care for them and help other people both mean a lot to me. I have experience with blind, deaf, and senior dogs, end of life pet care, oral & optic medication administration, I'm pet CPR/First Aid certified, and I'm also proud to offer my "Doggy Hotel Room" for your pup to have private space to eat & sleep at night, if they prefer! In addition I use my own & provide complimentary compostable doggy bags, training treats, Kong® harnesses for large breeds, and I try to send every dog home with a new toy or tasty treat!
Reviews
Alice has come and taken care of my little guy 8 times now, and every time has been phenomenal! If you need someone to do house visits for your cat, Alice is the right choice!
Alice did a wonderful job taking care of our pug . She sent pictures and updates of how our pug was eating and napping with her new friends she loved her time with Alice . I will use Alice for our future trips 10 out 10 !!!!
Alice watched our Hanavese and Bichon for a week while we were on vacation. She did an excellent job! I received plenty of photos and updates throughout the week. Our dogs were very well cared for. We will be rebooking with Alice in the future!
Always nice to have the girls stay with Alice. They’re are very happy when they come home which means they’ve had loads of attention, belly rubs and snacks. We will be back again!

Safety, trust & environment
In my own home I have 4 cats, 3 dogs, and 2 reptiles!! We are blessed enough to have the space to care and love for our babies, and yours! Mine all get twice daily feedings on puzzle mats, and they get along well with visitors and other pets. The safety of my animals and yours is very important to me, so NO stays will be accepted without a meet & greet! But after M&G, some exceptions can be made in the case of dogs that do not get along well with other dogs/cats, as I have plenty of space to keep everyone safely-separated.
Information Alice M. would like to know about your pet
During Meet & Greet we will go over a PowerPoint together, which includes variety of safety and personality questions about your beloved fur baby, so that I can understand how best to take care of them and make my home feel like their home! I will also introduce your pup to one of my cats and my dog, Zelda. Slowly, safely, and one at a time; if it seems like anyone might not get along for any reason, we can still discuss my spacious separation process.
A typical day
Your pup will get lots of play inside and outside in the fenced back yard, take the coziest of naps on the over-sized couch, take cute daily pictures for mom and dad, then at night there is the private dog-themed room for them to eat in peace and privacy if they prefer. After dinner they can enjoy a peanut butter lick mat, which helps reduce anxiety and is also delicious! For bedtime there is a spacious crate with a removable foam bed (if they crate at home) or they could have the whole room to themselves with a large pillow bed. There are several kinds of toys out for them to play with, and a puppy night light specifically in colors that dogs can see! For pups with absolutely 0 safety or behavior concerns, they are more than welcome to sleep in the bed or the rest of the house at night. Wherever they are comfiest!
