Pet care experience
I have loved animals ever since I could remember. But growing up, my family didn't allow me to have a pet so instead I frequently became the go to person for dog and cat sitting amongst my friends with animals! After I left for college, my parents decided to get a cat…which turned into 2 (yes they are the type of people who swore to never get a pet and now they sleep with two cats on their bed every night). I spent roughly 2 years with them during COVID at which time I spent a lot for time caring for the cats as well. I work in health tech and now that I’m back in the city working from home full time, I’d really like to take on some dog walking or dog / cat sitting because I miss having a pet and it will get me out of the apartment from my WFH rut!

Taking my dog on long walks has been harder to do ever since i started my job but thanks to Alice, Zoey (my lab) is able get walked until she is pooped. The care and patience she has put to teaching my dog to stop at cross walks is something I didn't ask from her, yet she took the time to do so. I am recommending Alice to anyone that needs a trust worthy dog handler.
Alice is super personable with my dogs and gives them all the time and attention they need when going on walks! She is also great for dog sitting when I go away on vacation. The house is always in pristine condition when I return and the dogs are well taken care of. I love her and so do my dogs!
She is an amazing dog sitter! I left my 1.5 year old dog with Alice for a weekend and I felt that he was in good hands. She is very gentle and caring with him and I can tell that he likes her.

I have a good deal of experience both dog and cat sitting. I am very discreet about going into a home with an animal for the first time to ensure that the pet does not run out while I am entering. I will also approach slowly and calmly to establish truth with your animal before engaging in walks, etc!
