Pet care experience
Hello! I’ve been accustom to multiple dogs in the house since I was born, so “has experience with animals” would be an understatement lol. As for taking care of other peoples pets, I have been doing this for years but am fairly new to the rover app, (a little less than a year). I recently moved back to Washington after 9years in California where I built a pretty steady (and awesome) clientele. While I definitely miss the old posse, as does my pupper, I’m excited to be back and hope to open boarding & daycare again in the near future! While looking for a place, I am currently staying at my moms with my 3yr old maltipoo Rigby, and her 2 dogs, Leo (a big guy who thinks he’s small) and Charlie (a puppy who can fit in my hand but is arguably running this house) lol. All 3 come with huge personalities…so you know I really have to love dogs to be staying here 😆😜 Obviously I get a lot of enjoyment out of being with dogs, so you will not have to worry about your precious pup being neglected in any way! - basically your dog will be loved as if they were my own. (& lemme tell ya…my boy rigby is pretty dang spoiled 😅 lol)

Ali was extremely easy to communicate with, and made sure we were updated the whole time! Would highly highly recommend contacting her, she’s great!
Ali was excellent! She was always able to provide updates when needed and went the extra mile with my dog! She helped him when he was too nervous to eat and took him on plenty of walks!

Ali spent every minute with my pup, the updates are frequent and always so detailed — I haven’t left my pup for over a week since we got her, and Ali made my pup feel so at home (she got to know her behavior before hand and it was so obvious how serious she takes her job). Rigby, Ali’s pup, is the perfect companion too! I absolutely would request Ali’s services over and over, to my pup she is a second mom now I am sure! She follows instructions to a T and kept me super updated on her eating schedule and sent so many pics/videos, she honestly treated my pup as her own and you can tell how happy Kiwi (my pup) truly is just by the photos! Not sure how she does it but Ali takes the pups to the dog park like ~3 times in a day sometimes, she’s fabulous at wearing them out (Kiwi is part Shepard so this is not easy!). Ali will make sure your pup is LOVED and that you are comfy and really what more could a dog mom ask for!!!

A typical day
While I have dogs in my care, a typical day CAN vary. We will either be at home where the apartment/living room is large enough for them to play or do their own thing. They will be taken out for multiple potty breaks throughout the day. For these, I either take them on a walk or we go down to the large garage where it is GATED and they have ample space to run around, play fetch, etc. (my own dog & I go down there and play fetch daily) Additionally, often (and if approved by owner) I enjoy taking the dogs on outings or “field trips” usually to the dog park - one that separates big & small dogs is usually where I go. I will also typically take them with me if I need to run a quick errand, as most dogs love car rides. Like I mentioned before, they’re never really left alone. I treat the dogs I’m entrusted with as if they were my own…extremely loved & probably a bit too spoiled ? (lol)
