It really hurts me to have to leave this review. What we thought was going to be a positive experience with this sitter, turned negative. Ali was supposed to show up at our home to take care of our three furbabies for the night. This was a trial run before our trip to NYC IN June. We had a two hour meet and greet two days prior and I really thought we could trust her. Our animals loved her. And I did, too. She mentioned that she had an outing planned with friends early Saturday but assured me that she would be back by 4:30-5:00 pm to take care of our babies. I told her that was the absolute latest as the dogs eat at 5:00 and will need to go out to the bathroom by that time. At 4:45 I get a strange text asking if we were out of town yet. That struck me as odd. After inquiring as to why she was asking and making sure things were okay on her end, she revealed she wasn’t in town and asked if her sister could come to our home and take care of our babies and she would be there later that evening. I said absolutely not as I don’t know her sister and I hired her to do the job. Long story short, we were only 1.5 hours away so we came home immediately. We lost the cost of our hotel room, but thank God we didn’t leave them with her when we were 1000 miles from home. Ali was sorry and asked if she could make it up to us but sorry is not enough and when trust is broken when it hasn’t even been established there’s no relationship. I hope she has learned from this lesson and that this is not a job that you can call in late. These are lives she is dealing with and these innocent babies depend on us humans to care for them. I DO NOT recommend this sitter. Hopefully, this was a learning experience for her and she never does this to another family nor animal again.

Ali is a wonderful girl. She is very personable and outgoing. She did so well caring for our love craving dogs and our crazy chickens. She sent us lots of pictures and we knew our animals were in good hands. Would definitely use her again!
