First time using Rover so we were nervous as to how easy the process would be, and how the sitting service would be. Everything in the Rover booking and contact process was super easy and worked out well. We used Ali because of how many positive reviews she had. She did not disappoint, she was super nice, was super fast to respond to all messages, and made it all easy. We didn't expect much communication while the dogs were with her, as we're used to kennels, but she lets us know how they were many times during the stay and had lots of pictures for us. Again, her communication was very much appreciated as it was reassuring. We had no issues and everything went great, could not have asked for a better sitter for our dogs. Thank you so much! She will be our first choice next time.

Ali was awesome!! We have an elderly cat and I was hesitant about having someone other than personal friend or family come to our home but Ali was very considerate, responsive, flexible and gave us daily updates. I highly recommend Ali and will use her services again!!
