Alexzandrea was so good with my little dog Lulu. She is very dependable and really loves animals

I did not enjoy my experience with this sitter at all. When we initially spoke, I discussed with her how my dog is still in puppy mode and will try to get into things. She told me not to worry and that she will pick things up off the floor. I get to her apartment and the place is a mess and incredibly cluttered. I disregard this as she has told me she has puppy experience and seems nice. A couple hours after I drop him off, she texts me ( obviously) annoyed that my dog is getting into the things within his reach. She is upset and makes me incredibly anxious and uneasy. I have had many people watch my dog before and they understood that puppies do get into things and didnt have an issue with him. I end up picking up my dog a couple hours earlier than expected because I felt like she was having such a difficult time with him. I arrive to pick him up and the moment I see her, she is rude and distant. I apologize for my dog getting into her things and she answers with a rude tone. Anyways, I brush this off and come home. I was annoyed but understood that my dog can be a handful at times. I only become upset when I go through the bag I gave her and realize that she had accidentally ripped off my dog's name tag. I assume she must have clipped the leash onto that loop rather than the collar loop. Instead of being professional and letting me know, she just stuck it in the bag for me to discover. I then search around and realize his rabies tag that was attached to the same loop is gone. I call my vet and they tell me it will cost 30 dollars to replace it. Im an understanding person and wouldnt have been as upset if she just told me about it. Even worse, I, kindly, text her and ask her about the rabies tag and she opens up my message and then ignores it. Would not recommend this sitter to anyone....
