Had some scheduling issues unfortunately. Alexus didn’t show up one day we had booked, without notice and didn’t message back that day. The next day she responded that she forgot. I had booked 6 weeks straight. For the following week, I messaged a couple days before the walk about rescheduling the missed day. Didn’t hear back that day, so in the morning I messaged to cancel the rest of the booking. Immediate response when that was the case, but too late at that point and unfortunately My message was met with excuses. Alexus was really great and communicative about issuing the refund- which was a good faith step since all 6 weeks had already been paid in full. I really appreciated that she amended the booking to give me a refund.

I have never met anyone who is more obsessed with animals in my life. Alexus has to stop and say hello to every dog she passes. She also has the biggest heart when it comes to pups. She managed to take a hopeless rescue and take her in like family. Rosie is an absolute sweetheart and healthier than ever thanks to Alexus. I highly recommend her to all dog (and cat) owners!
