Pet care experience
I am a veterinary student who is home for the summer. I have 5 years of veterinary experience so walking dogs, cleaning, and caring for them (and cats) is something that comes naturally to me. Because of this I also feel comfortable medicating pets if need be. Despite my small dog disliking walks, I enjoy them. My job would be to love your pets just as you would whether I'm sitting or walking them.

My dog only gets along with cats, therefore, I will only be able to watch cats in my home. All the windows have mesh for the cats that love to look out the window! I treat every home with respect and will just need to know where I and the pet are allowed, so clear communication would be greatly appreciated!

Please inform me if your dog is anxious or aggressive around new people for my safety, theirs, and others when walking. If they require medication please be sure that they have enough during the time I am watching them. In addition, if they have a specific veterinarian please leave their number in case of emergencies (they happen !).
A typical day
My days depend on how their days normally are. If they are couch potatoes I will sit with them and give them attention. If they enjoy the outdoors I will be sure to take them on long walks and the park.

I currently am not working and am using Rover as a source of income. That being said, if I do start working I will communicate this with my clients and work with them the best I can.
