Pet care experience
I’ve dog sat in the past and currently both large and small breed dogs. I’m also a veterinary assistant in an animal emergency for 1yr and a half and currently in Vet tech school. I can care for any pet that needs some extra care and attention and the ones that just need an extra walk or play session in the middle of the day!

As far as your home, what you say goes despite what my opinion is unless I feel that you’re endangering your pet. If your pet is to come to my house, I unfortunately don’t have a fenced in yard but we do have 6 acres that they can have roam of while I accompany them on a long lead and several trail areas to walk your pet for exercise.

I like to know any normal behaviors that your dog likes to do that may not be normal for other dogs, if they are dog reactive and in what way, how they walk on a leash, the type of commands they know if any. Anything that can help me better care for and entertain your dog.
A typical day
I enjoy taking a dog to a soccer field on a long lead and play fetch. I also enjoy taking them on many walks of different lengths to get out as much energy I can. If approved by owners and based on the dogs behavior I would also love to take them to play with other animals.

Availability
My schedule changes and isn’t usually depicted in the availability on this app. Mostly I work somewhere between 8-6 4 days a week. I can take pets out at least two times a day when I work. Depending where you’re located I typically ask to leave 30min prior to the beginning of my shift and to give me 30min before I’m needed after my shifts.
