Fair warning, I talk to dogs like they are people. I can’t help it! And yes, I have a special “talking to dogs” voice. Being away from your dog isn’t the greatest, but I offer all the love and attention a dog loves! I have lived in Ankeny for three years now, and in about two months of living in the Des Moines area I found some of the best parks and trails around (Ankeny’s trail system being my favorite). I grew up in a house filled with cats, dogs, and any other animal we could house. From a young age, I was raised to love and respect animals unconditionally. Learning to respect their boundaries and not rush them into becoming comfortable with a new person. I treat animals with the upmost respect and love. I dog sit for my boyfriends parents regularly when they leave town for vacations, and I absolutely love forming bonds with dogs. I have a part time retail job, and I’m looking to fill my remaining time caring for your family pet.
