Pet care experience
I grew up with all sorts of animals including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, pigs, sheep and a few cattle. I’ve been a licensed vet tech for almost 4 years and been in veterinary medicine (general practice) for 7 years. I can currently do walks, visits and basic grooming needs as well. I’m experienced with diabetics and can help with insulin administration, subcutaneous fluids for kidney failure patients, ear/eye and oral medications, etc. I’ve done plenty of pet sitting for my veterinary clients and friends the past 7 years.

A typical day
I love to interact with dogs with their favorite toys and walking routine! I will test their tricks and help them learn new ones if able. Puppies, large breed dogs and farm animals would probably be my favorite if I had to choose. But honestly, I have a heart for all animals big and small. I can adjust to many different personalities and quirks.

I currently have pretty open availability due to recent job changes. Let me know if you need me mornings, lunch time or evenings and we can work something out! Nails trims, anal gland expression, bathing, ear cleaning and trims can be discussed for an additional fee.
