I own a self service dog wash, Canine Clean, in Urbandale! Before my business, I worked as a hiring and training manager for a large dog facility. I trained new employees in daycare, customer service, and cleaning! Being a manager, I also got a lot of experience caring for dogs of different need levels, from 10 week old puppies to seniors who need daily medication. I do know how to give insulin shots. Growing up I always had at least 5 dogs at a time to care for and play with. I also helped our family friend, a bulldog breeder, with watching her dogs and helping with new litters. I love any and all dogs, but giant dogs have a special place in my heart! I believe in positive reinforcement training when it comes to dogs and always have treats with me! In my free time, I love to bake for dogs. Get ready for picture updates! I love taking pictures that shine with your dogs personality! If your dog enjoys running, I can keep them in shape by taking them on runs with me! I also enjoy a slower paced walk if we need to work on good leash manners or just stop to enjoy the flowers. I am comfortable with all kinds of collars, harnesses, and gentle leaders your dog may use. If watching your dog overnight, or after a play session that leaves a messy dog, I can wash them up for you.
