Amazing as always!!

3/9 – 3/13 Alexis (Rover) Based on Rover reviews, we hired Alexis for overnight services at our residence during a recent trip. Our cats, Jules and Vincent, are newly adopted rescues and still acclimating to their environment. We impressed upon Alexis the importance of adhering to their feeding schedule, and also checking on them at frequent intervals over the course of the day, allowing some latitude based on her schedule, in order for she and them to get to know one another; to which she agreed. A comprehensive binder with all of their information, feeding and care instructions was also provided. The security system/cameras recorded all of Alexis’s arrivals/departures. She was gone for between 9-10 hours each day, indicating little to no additional time spent with the cats. Alexis was between 35-53 minutes overdue for the boys’ evening feedings each day. Not really the end of the world, just extremely disappointing from a keeping them on schedule aspect. Also discussed were updates and pictures, which she agreed to provide. Only one short SMS was received. The boys are voracious drinkers and there are 2 water stations for them. The MB water bowl was almost empty, despite a gallon of water sitting next to it for refills. Bottom Line: We have no plans to utilize Alexis’s services in the future.
