Pet care experience
I got my first dog when I was ten, as well as having multiple outdoor/indoor cats growing up. When I was 14 I started working at the Cavendish Canine Camp taking care of over 20 dogs all day long. Doing everything you can imagine, walking, feeding, bathing, playing with them, helping special needs dogs, and can’t forget about the tricks and treats. I even cared for boarded cats at the business as well.

Alexis is a wonderful pet sitter! She took on a long 10-day, 2 x visits per day for our 13 y/o pup , and 14 y/o cat. Our dog required am and pm med mixed in with her food. Our pets are still quite active for their age, but they are older and need lots of love ;we have had them for 13 years. She was great with updates and photos. What a relief to have Alexis, as we were 1500 miles away, competing at a National athletic event. She allowed us the mindset to compete as well as we did, and not to worry about our pets!! Thank you Alexis!

A typical day
Long walks EVERYWHERE I can. Good healthy treats and amount of playtime. I know how to get all the energy out of the dog so nap time is also an essential part of me caring for your pet. I like to keep a routine similar to the personal one you have at home for the sake of comfortability with your pet and how we interact.
