Pet care experience
I come from a house of animal lovers, and started caring for our dogs on my own at the age of 12. I've seen it all, potty training, food aggression, pups on the run, emergency vet visits, and I have taken it all in stride, and have become a better & more knowledgeable caregiver because of it. While living in Nashville, I made pet sitting my career, & I am excited to pick it back up here in St. Louis while attending grad school! I know how hard it was for us to board our dogs growing up, so to be able to provide in home care for pets who need it brings joy to my heart!

When it came time to finding someone to watch my 7 pound, anxiety-ridden dog over Christmas break, I panicked. I was traveling this year and knew he wouldn't do well in a kennel. The first person that came to mind to watch him was Alexis. Along with being an outgoing, hilarious and fun-loving people person, she is also a kindhearted lover of all animals. Alexis not only took exceptional care of my puppy but made him feel right at home with tons of love, adventures and even a little stocking on Christmas morning! I felt extremely comforted in knowing that my little guy was safe and having the time of his life. I'm so grateful to have Alexis as a reliable dog-sitter and friend!
Alexis was great with Cora. She also sent photo/video updates which was so nice to get!

A typical day
I love parks, and I love frisbee!! Playing fetch, going for swims, rides in the car, and hanging with other puppy pals (given the circumstances) are all things I will do with the dogs I'm caring for!

Currently, I am attending grad school, with a regular M-Th schedule. Typically, I will have early mornings & afternoon/evenings available. I have a lot of flexibility & availability, & I’m confident I can work just about anything into my current schedule.
