My name is Alexis, and my boyfriend and I live in a dog friendly two bedroom townhouse close to the University of Pittsburgh. Our townhouse has a back porch and medium sized unfenced backyard. Across the street is a large fenced in baseball field for the dogs to run around and a dog park 15 minutes away. I grew up watching relatives and friends dogs and cats while they were out of town. I currently have three small dogs that are very friendly with other dogs and cats, especially small dogs. We have two foster dogs Sox and teeters who are also very friendly and energetic. I currently work from home and care for my own dogs so your dog(s) will be right at home and you’ll have peace of mind that your dog(s) is getting the attention they deserve and plenty of belly rubs throughout the whole day. My boyfriend is a dog caretaker who walks dogs daily and is in and out of the house so he can also help me throughout the day when he is available. We do have a toddler but we make sure to monitor her interactions with the dogs so they aren’t uncomfortable to avoid any incidents. We’ve hosted many types of breeds and your dog may be hesitant at first with the pack so we make sure they have their own special place to unwind from the pack and usually after the first night of boarding and morning walk it’s a dog party!
