Pet care experience
I absolutely love dogs. I know, cliche right? Well, I do and that's why your dog will have a blast staying with me and my fiancé. From long walks, to park visits, to cuddles on the couch. You name it. My fiancé grew up with dogs and we have had our cocker spaniel, Fitz, for two years now. Fitz has plenty of toys (too many actually!) that he loves to share. We have our own home with a decently sized yard. Although it is not fenced in, we have several tie outs and would allow your dog to play/relax out there during his/her stay. We live in a neighborhood with several paths in-between houses, which are great for a more safe, low-key walk away from busy streets and traffic. My fiancé and I both work a regular Monday-Friday schedule, however, I would be available to stop home in-between my obligations to take your furry friend on a walk, give him/her a few treats, and share some cuddles. Your dog would be alone for 4-5 hours at the most. Over the past couple years, our cocker spaniel has had a few run-ins with the vet, so I am no stranger to administering medication when needed. We hope you choose our home as the perfect stay for your pet! :)

As someone who has years of experience caring for children, Alexis has a lot to offer when it comes to taking care of dependents. To her human friends, like me, she is a caring, reliable and generous person and this goes the same for her canine friends. Her dog Fitz is the center of her world. It is a pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Alexis Vargas and the dog care service she provides! We have known Alexis for over three years now. The first time Alexis met our cocker spaniels it was obvious that she had a great love of animals. She was friendly toward them and they responded well. Alexis has taken care of our dog, Quincy, on numerous occasions when we traveled. She was diligent in feeding and walking him and making sure he was always safe. In addition, Alexis always gave us updates of Quincy’s care through texts, e-mails, pictures, and reports when we returned home. We have also witnessed the care the love Alexis gives to her own dog, Fitz. She walks him several times a day and is highly attuned to his health and nutrition needs. There are few people in whom we would fully trust to properly care for our dog because he has some behavioral quirks, but Alexis is one of them.
