Pet care experience
I am in school and work in veterinary medicine and prior to then I worked in a daycare/boarding facility for over 3 years in High school. I have experience with but not limited to medication administration, venipuncture, nails, reactivity, managing groups of up to 15 dogs, and food allergies, you name it. I have always loved getting to know every personality that comes with each and every pet I meet. My significant other and I started rover to grow our pet parent community and provided our care and help when we can!

Alexis & Tay were great! We hate leaving our fur babies, and they were very communicative and sent lots of photos, which was very much appreciated and helped us feel a little better about leaving them. We will definitely book them in the future! ☺️
Alexis and Tay are great! They took great care of our babes while we were gone. We received plenty of pictures and updates and regular chats from them. It was a huge relief to know our dogs were in good hands and we will absolutely use them again.
The dogs love seeing Alexis & Taylor. I never have to worry that they're being taken care of.
I never worry when Alexis & Taylor watch my boys! The pups are always super happy in every pic they send me!

My yard is fenced with a 6 foot privacy fence, and I have a few dogs myself that are social butterflies that will run laps with yours or just simply be a couch potato! My yard does have a in-ground pool. I have crates for my dogs, as well as yours if need be with permission. We allow all animals on furniture in this house! I have always been a big stickler on proper introductions so I will always make sure your pet(s) and mine are comfortable and can coexist. If accommodations and rotation needs to be made that can be discussed as well.

Please let me know if your dog has any barriers or things that make them anxious and/or provoke them that they may become reactive. I don’t assume any dog is aggressive. I believe there are certain situations that dogs can become reactive whether it’s from over stimulation or the feeling of needing to be defensive from some outside source(s). (Fireworks, dominant dogs, males, toys/treats, etc.) If your dog is on any medications and/or has food allergies please tell! We love treats in this house! If your dog happens to be currently training let us know so we can accommodate! I want your dog to always feel confident and able to succeed!
A typical day
In the summers, and warmer temp. days with our dogs we are typically on trails or just in our back yard swimming! We enjoy going to dog friendly activities like the farmers market, valley junction, outside festivals, etc. In the colder seasons we love sweaters and turning on the fire place.

My s/o job is hybrid so she helps when needed as I do work during the days at a clinic near our home. It works as we need time to let our own fur babies out through out the day as well! I am available most, if not every weekend.
