I’ve grown up and had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. I couldn’t imagine my life without ever having a furry best friend by my side. They just always make the day better and overall, life so much brighter. I currently have 2 rescues. My little old man, Tatum. He’s a Shiba Inu. He’s probably 13 or 14 and I’ve been lucky enough to have him for 10 of those years. My other dog, Quila, (like tequila minus the te) she’s an 8 year old chihuahua. These two dogs couldn’t be more opposite but I’m beyond thankful to have them both in my life. I love them both so much🐶🐕 I work full time for Franciscan. Mon-Thurs 7-430 and Fri 730-12. My lunch breaks during the week, I spend running home to let my dogs out for a bathroom break. I have 2 dogs of my own. They love each other but don’t really interact with one another all that often. I’m sure the abused past has a lot to do with that. However, when my chihuahua has Roci, her wiener dog best friend over, they are inseparable. I have a small grass area where I take my dogs to use the restroom but when we go for walks, it’s to the beach. I live just steps away from Lake Michigan and my two dogs really enjoy time spent there. It’s a good way for them to run around and get exercise.
