I’ve grown up around dogs but recently started house/petsitting about five years ago. I’ve worked with various breeds such as frenchie, english bulldog, pitbull, pug, boston terrier, and labs. I’ve also administered eye drops, ear drops, spray medicine, pill medicine, and ointment medicine.

Alexis was great with our two cats and two dogs! We have a very anxious dog and she was very accommodating and patient with him. The house looked good when we returned and the cats and dogs seemed very happy!

Alexis was the best! We would totally recommend and can’t wait to use her again. She was so communicative and really went above and beyond. She sent updates, followed the instructions we left, and even washed and remade the bed before leaving. Brisket loved the snuggles and daily walks.

I usually request a list of what a dog needs/does in their usual day to day until i’m used to the dog. I text updates every few days if it’s care for a long period of time or i’ll check in once a day if it’s house/petsitting for someone new. I immediately reach out if I feel the pet is doing something I haven’t seen before or think is off.

Usually I walk dogs in the morning and afternoon/evening. I interact with them through their toys or with treats to get them out of certain areas or to do certain things. thank you!

Availability
When I house/petsit during the week, I usually come by the house during my lunch break to let the dogs out. I feed them in the morning before I leave and then walk them after work. On the weekends, I feed the dogs in the morning after letting them out and then walk them. Then I’ll play with them throughout the day before feeding them dinner and taking an evening walk.
