Pet care experience
I’ve had and taken care of animals since I was 10 years old. I’ve worked with fostering multiple animals at a time, as well as currently having 6 animals of my own. I also currently have a diabetic dog so heavily experienced with insulin injections.

Alexis is the most loving and caring dog mom (cats too) I have a grumpy old chihuahua and I cant leave him overnight with anyone other than my mom and Alexis. Alexis cares for Eli as if he was her own. She loves him and makes him feel safe. Most other sitters refuse to watch Eli, he is stand offish and growls at people he is unfamiliar with. Alexis never hesitates when I ask if she can watch Eli. The first time he stayed with her he hid and laid on his own - now when hes at Alexis he hardly even notices when I leave. You'll find him laying on the couch or exploring her backyard. I have never seen him so happy away from home! Alexis has always been a great friend, but the fact that I can trust my little boy with her and ONLY her makes her irreplaceable. Thank you Alexis for always caring for Eli and making my nights away from home stress free knowing hes having the time of his life playing with you!
Alexis is great with all animals. She really takes the time to get to know the dog(s) and their needs. Alexis is responsible and reliable. Highly recommend her with any pet!

I have a large fenced yard with a covered patio with a screen door for all day access when potty breaks are needed, as well as 3 little chihuahua babies and 3 indoor/outdoor adult cats. For cats that need their own privacy I have two bedrooms that are only accessible to the cats for their privacy.

A typical day
My neighborhood is great for short and long walks, with a large park not too far away and lots of smells to stimulate their mind. We also have a large yard for activity.

Availability
I currently work from home Wednesday and Fridays, I get off of work early day to day leaving my evenings open. My fiancé and I usually stay in town on the weekends because of our diabetic dog being on a strict schedule.
