Pet care experience
I've been around animals all my life. From frogs and geckos to rabbits and horses, and yes, dogs. I currently have one dog of my own. Kai is a 15 pound, 12 year old terrier mix that loves meeting new friends, both big and small. I volunteered at my local humane society for over a year, helping the vet and kennel tech, and walking dogs just because I love them so much! I started out walking dogs at the shelter, and quickly thereafter, I began working directly in the vet services room, helping with sterilizing surgical instruments and helping care for incoming cats and dogs. I have experience medicating animals, so if your pup needs any special care, I'm your girl! Your services will give me more experience that will help me to accomplish my goals!

The dogs were happy when I got home and she had washed bedding in guest room, and house was like I left it! Great job in my book!!
Alexis is a very responsible dog sitter because she truly loves animals. She has watched my two dogs on two separate occasion ' s and they are happy and well cared for when we have returned, almost to the piont that they do not remember us. She comes by for an occasional visit and they remember her and are excited to see her, which makes me very happy knowing they love her and are in good hands.
I have used Alexis Ball for several years! In fact she helped me get my dogs. I have two crazy dogs - Lola and Oscar. When Alexis takes care of them, they are in the best of hands! They love staying with her, and get excited when they see her. She checks their nails and makes sure that they clean when I get them back. She is very conscientious and extremely responsible and she is so loving with them that follow her around. I think the thing I appreciate the most is that when they stay with Alexis I have a peace of mind that there is someone taking as good- if not better care than I would. I know that they are safe, and that they are being fed and taken care of and that they are having a good time. If you have a chance for your “kids” to be spoiled by Alexis – I am telling you that you will not be sorry!!

I am committed to keeping your fit family safe and happy while you are away! Whatever safety measures you have installed already, I will familiarize myself with quickly. I never take a dog off leash unless they are in a safe, fenced area. If you feel more comfortable with it, I can double-leash your pup with a slip lead as well for extra precaution for our reactive friends.

All dogs are good dogs! I will want to know if your pup(s) get along with other dogs, because I do have my own that I would love for them to be able to play together! We can always schedule a meet and greet at a local dog park to see how they get along!
A typical day
With owner permission, of course, I'd love to take your best friend on walks and to the dog park! There are many lovely dog parks in the Seattle/ Tacoma area & the people and pups are always so kind. I’ll make sure they socialize and get plenty of exercise <3

I currently work full time as a dental assistant in Tukwila, so at the moment, any services I provide work around my schedule Monday-Thursday. I am fully available from Fri-Sunday for your critters <3
