Alexandria was able to walk my dogs on short notice which was much appreciated!

Unfortunately, I would not trust Alex to dog sit for me again, nor would I recommend her to others. The whole experience was a stressful disaster for my poor dog and me. She came to our house a couple of weeks ahead of time to meet my dog, make sure she was comfortable, and go over care instructions. We discussed that she would come over between 4-6pm on Saturday evening, spend the night, and leave between 8-10am the next morning. She seemed really sweet and was comfortable with our dog, even though he’s pretty anxious and takes a while to warm up. I was super excited, especially because she had a ton of rave reviews and repeat customers. On the day of our reservation, I let her know when we left the house and confirmed the garage code for her. At 7:30pm, I hadn’t heard from her, so I texted to see if she’d gotten in the house. No response. I texted again an hour later asking for a update since we had discussed that she was going to get to the house to let him outside by 6pm. She then let me know she was running late but was on her way. At 9:45pm, she texted again claiming our garage code wasn’t working. It turns out she was at the wrong house. Another 20 minutes pass and she finally gets to our house, 4+ hours later than we discussed. At that point, my senior dog had been alone for more than 10 hours. She did apologize, and I understand personal things do happen, but our weekend away was ruined trying to figure out why she didn’t show up on time, getting ahold of her, and worrying about the care my dog received.
