Former 4h member and dog handler
Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs but I have extra experience with big dogs such as malamutes and greater Swiss mountain dogs. I was a 4h member for 9 years so I know how to handle rambunctious dogs and I’ve house sat cats. One of my dogs growing up was blind and another was deaf so I know how to work with handicapped dogs.
Reviews
Alexandria was super communicative and attentive to our kitties. She also was very accommodating to a last minute request. Would highly recommend!!
Alex was amazing! Our dogs loved her immediately (even the one who usually takes some time to feel comfortable). She spent time with our puppies, was caring towards them and did everything we asked and more! Even when our dogs caught a rat the first night, she removed it from the patio so they couldn’t continue to play with it! She left detailed notes about each visit and checked in with us as soon as anything seemed off. Would 100% recommend her!
Always on time! Reliable and communicative. Great with my dog!
Alexandria has been a wonderful caretaker for our dog, Rosie! She is responsible, punctual, and an excellent communicator. Her Rover cards are detailed and give us peace of mind while away that our dog is receiving quality care. We would definitely recommend Alexandria to others as well!

I would take care of the client’s pet at their home so depending on how they would like me to handle their animal I would either let them into a fenced yard, take them on walks, or both. I always have my cell phone with me so they would be able to contact me at any point for any updates on their pets. I would provide daily updates and picture to the clients. I’m experienced in giving medication as necessary and maintain the normal feeding schedule.
Information Alexandria N. would like to know about your pet
It is important to know if your dog needs any medication and what time before doing any overnight stays. It is also important that I know beforehand if they are dog reactive to specific dogs so that I know how to handle them on walks.
A typical day
Pullman has lots of great walking trails so I would take them around campus if they like people, on the trails, into downtown, and anywhere that is within a decent walking distance of their home.
Services
Alexandria can watch in your home
Availability
Available basically anytime Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Afternoons are open after 4pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. If there is a football game, most likely that day I will be unavailable for majority of the day.
