I have continuously worked with all sorts of animals in the past 10 years from exotic to domestic to pets. I have owned several dogs and cats over the years caring for them each from adoption to the end. I also worked at a large animal shelter as a dog and cat socializer and walker, where I loved on, learned animal behavior signs, and interacted with the shelter dogs and cats for more than two years. During the 4 and 1/2 years of college I pet sat for several friends, worked on a quarter horse breeding and teaching facility as a farm hand, and helped raise, train, and socialize service dogs in training with the CHAMP Assistance Dogs college group. My hope for this endeavor is to bring my love of animal behavior, training, relationships, and overall care into everything I do. I am available for work any day of the week at any time currently. I am very familiar with animal that require medication (oral/injection), special needs animals, and following routines, procedures, cues for animals in training. Furthermore, working as a zookeeper has allowed me to excel in observation and noting of animal illness, injury, and uncharacteristic behaviors for most species allowing me to better care for your dogs well being.
