Pet care experience
I have been a dog sitter and walker for about 5 years now. My neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to sit their dogs overnight, drop in for feeds and play time, and walks. I am down on the island for work this summer, but I have a dog back home that I love to play with and walk every time I get the chance to visit.

Alex is the most dependable and trustworthy person you’ll ever meet. She is the best owner to her own dog and has lots of experience with walking pets. She will be on time, cheerful, loving, and responsible. She is also a great communicator and will not hesitate to reach out when needed. There’s no better person to help out when you need it!
Alex cared for my dog, Aly, on many occasions. I would consider her my most trusted caretaker. She is so caring, gentle, and fun. Since she lives an active lifestyle, she is easily able to keep up with Aly who is quite the handful. Not to mention she is attentive to my pet’s needs and schedule. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for a fun-loving friend to your dog.

A typical day
I love walking all the different paths that go throughout the island and finding large areas that are dog friendly where we can play. I love walking on the beach on the permitted hours. Back home, I loved doing short hiking trails with my dog throughout the mountains.
