Pet care experience
Dogs have always been in my life as early as I can remember. My parents always had two dogs as well as my grandmother and grandfather. My siblings and I always enjoyed having to care for our dogs. I welcome all dogs, any breed or size; I don’t have another job so this will be my focus. I’m someone who’s up pretty early and enjoy the exercise myself so my availability is very open. Being a dog owner myself has taught me how much I love having such loyal companions as well as all the responsibility that comes with them. I’ve been learning more and more about dogs and dog care and behavior as I work with them and it’s a very rewarding to me. I live in a home with two dogs both friendly to any dogs with a big yard lines with woods so the dogs always stay in the yard.

Alexandrea did a great job for us. We needed a pet sitter due to a last minute emergency. Ali stepped up and took care of our multiple animals, one even needing medication. She kept us updated on how the animals were doing. We will certainly use Alexandrea again and would highly reccomend her.
I wish I had a better review, but I want to be honest for any other pet parents out there. I was kind of disappointed with our stay. We’ve used rover numerous times (in the military and love to travel) and this was our first stay that we didn’t get any updates or pictures of our dog.. we were gone for 5 days, 4 nights. On the 3rd day I asked for an update and didn’t receive a response back which got me a little worried so after several hours had to call. My fault completely for not reading her entire summary but I thought she said this was her primary job but come to find out she does have a day job that requires her to be gone during the day. We were also a little annoyed that she was late for drop off and pick up although we communicated times with her. It was just not what we expected based on our experience with previous rover stays.
Alexandrea was great with my black lab Tyson! She watched him for the day and Tyson seemed to have a great time. She was also very responsive on Rover. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
I was gone for almost two weeks and Alexandrea did an amazing job with my two maltipoos. I am very grateful as I knew they were in good hands and would recommend her!!!

Usually I wake up and let my dog out while I put his breakfast together. When he is ready to come inside he eats breakfast and I’m off to work I come home early afternoon, let him out again and play spend some time with him. I let my dog stay outside if it’s not too hot because he stays in the yard. We will catch a walk around local trails or around the woods around my house.

I have this app on my phone called All trails that shows dog friendly trails in the area. But when I’m home stick and ball fetch in the fenced in yard goes down Usually once a day, other than that just petting and loving on the dogs

Availability
I work as a caretaker for my grandmother and some other people in the community so it am available daily to accommodate hours of dogs care in between clients and at the end of my days which are never too late.
