Hi I’m Ally! I have years experience working at a dog daycare and boarding facility caring for all sizes and breeds of dogs with all different personalities and temperaments. I am also an experienced dog walker/handler and have had a large client base when living in Richmond, where the company I worked for also handled shelter dogs. For a period of time I was also an overnight attendant at a kennel caring for 50+ dogs on my own. Ally was wonderful! Best experience I have had using Rover. She was very communicative both before and during her stay with Riley. She kept me updated on how he was doing. She was very professional and reliable, and willing to be flexible when I had to add medications at the last minute. She took such good care of Riley and put me at ease with leaving him for a few days. I also came home to a clean/tidy home, which was above and beyond. I would definitely use her again! Thank you so much for caring for Riley so well!
Ally is terrific! Ally is extremely responsive and communicative. But even more importantly, Ally took the time to gain the trust of our two (sometimes unruly) dogs. (Easier said than done.) Ally gained our trust in doing so, and we take comfort in knowing that our dogs will be in good hands when they are with Ally.
Ally was the perfect sitter for my dog. She was punctual and had a lot of patience with my nervous/shy pup. Will definitely book with her again!

I would like to know if your pet is intact (spayed or neutered), gets along with other dogs, and if they have any medications or supplements they take or if they are allergic to any foods or have any dietary restrictions. I usually carry treats on me so knowing if they have any food allergies is important!
A typical day
Going for long walks and stopping for treats and pics! When indoors I’ll give them lots of playtime, cuddles, attention and brushes if they like it! If you have a dog park close by I will gladly take them there if that’s what they enjoy! Pretty much your pup (and cats!) will get lots and lots of love and attention from me!

Availability
I walk dogs for a company in DC Monday through Friday between 10am-3pm and am available before/after those times to care for your pets. I am available only for house sitting and drop in visits at this time
