I’m insightful and intuitive. I take great pride in being able to anticipate others’ needs and to fulfill them to the best of my ability. I’m loyal, funny, and outgoing...which, I suppose, tends to be true of my favorite animals: Dogs are so loving and trusting, too. They’re always happy to see you, and they bring out the best in everyone. I’ve always loved dogs, and since I don’t have one of my own right now, I maximize every opportunity to play with pups. I’ve been a volunteer at the Boulder Humane Society, I hang out with my friends’ dogs, and I’ve been a pet sitter for more than three years. I know how precious your pet is, and I’m lucky to get to spend time with your loved one! I excel with communication, and my clients continually come back because they know I’m a reliable, kind and loving companion. I work in customer service, so I have a lot of experience with making sure customers’ needs are met and everyone is satisfied. With a new client, we’ll do our first meet-and-greet in a public location. I move slowly and gently so the dog can get comfortable with me (and do all the sniffing they need to do!). Most of my clients are small and medium dogs, but the most important thing is that we’re a good fit for each other. Since I work evenings, I’m able to spend a lot of daytime outdoors, and I love to bring company with me. When i’m looking after a dog, we’ll get ample outdoor time every day. Neighborhood walks to trails, dog parks (my favorite is Memory Square in Louisville), and more--Colorado seems to have endless options, and many fantastic spaces for dogs. I like to discover a pet’s favorite place and go from there. I love having an excuse to get out and explore! Currently, I have one cat, Leo. In addition to dogs and cats, I’ve also had fish, frogs, chameleons, turtles, and guinea pigs, and I’m open to looking after any type of pet. I love the flexibility of working with Rover! I have a unique schedule, and I love being able to make the most of my days and connect with caring, dedicated owners and their dogs.
