Pet care experience
I can never have enough dog photos on my phone! I’ve had 20+ years of dog experience, and I’m currently in graduate school with an extremely flexible schedule. For childhood dogs, I’ve had a cocker spaniel and a lab mix and they were both amazing. Our cocker spaniel had many medical problems (seizures, cherry eye, etc) So I’ve handled my fair share of medical problems. I’ve had big and small dogs, and I love every single dog. No matter what their shape/size! My family has two Labradors who I helped train before getting my own little sweetheart. (And they all love swimming and going to the park!) A little off topic to mention, but worth: I studied child psychology at university along with having gained education work experience. This has given me some tips/tricks that have been useful in dog behavior and training! Positive reinforcement, love, and attention go a long way.

Alexandra took excellent care of our pup. He had an awesome time hanging out with her. She sent us pictures and a video and he had the biggest smile. We will definitely book with Alex again!!!
She was awesome to work with. Started out with quick responses, helped us feel at ease working with her. She was super warm and welcoming to our dog and was overall a great person to leave our dog with. Definitely recommend to everyone.

No breed preferences. I love all dogs ;) I want to know the dog’s temperament/how I should approach a dog. As much as a I love dogs, I’m very aware that they don’t know me. Some dogs are very temperamental and others are very sweet and docile. I’d like to get to know the dog beforehand so I know how to procedure/build a relationship with him/her
A typical day
We play plenty of games, play/destroy toys, and have lots of treats (with consent from the owner). Lots of praise, love, and attention! We can explore all the new smells, and mark all the territory.

Availability
With most of my work being online, my schedule is extremely flexible! However, I recently got my own dog. While he’s very good at being left alone for long periods of time (and overnight), it is something I need to keep in mind when caring for other pets.
