Pet care experience
Hey there! Alexandra here. I am super excited to learn more about you, your kitty, or your pup (yes, all dogs are puppies in my eyes). My family always had at least one animal while I was growing up, so I have had a lot of experience with dogs and cats. I recognize that they are truly a part of your family, so when I am caring for your pet I will treat them as if they were my own! Drop in visits: I have a flexible schedule and work from home so I can easy come by whenever is best for your pet! Happy to come by for a walk, meal time, or just to play and keep them company 💕

Another great experience! Sully came home tired from all his fun activities and was well-cared for once again.
Alexandra took wonderful care of our 5 month-old puppy when we went out of town for the holidays. It was our first time boarding him, and we were nervous. Our meet and greet made us feel completely comfortable with Alexandra, and we could tell our dog loved her too! She was warm and approachable and very patient and gentle with our energetic puppy. He was so excited to see her again when we dropped him off! :) She sent regular, detailed updates with pictures, which we really appreciated. We hope to book with her again in the future!
Truly the best and most accommodating/gentle/understanding dog sitter we’ve found in Chicago. Our reactive dog was clearly feeling safe!
Alexandra was wonderful! This was the best Rover experience we’ve had. She sent a lot of pictures and updates and kept Sully active! He came home exhausted from all the fun. Sully already misses her and can’t wait to stay again.

I won’t try to rush your dog or put them in any situation they are uncomfortable with. I’ve cared for dogs who need medication, frequent walks, and those that are fearful of other dogs. Let me know if your dog has any quirks and I am typically more than happy to accommodate!

A typical day
I live by several great parks that your dog can enjoy! If your pet is comfortable in a car then we can head to the beach for a nice adventure. Your pet can also enjoy fetch, snuggles, and belly rubs.

Availability
Working from home makes it easy to take your pet out multiple times a day. If you have an active pet we can certainly do some lengthy walks and a lot of play time.
