Loving and enthusiastic dog walker
Pet care experience
Enthusiastic and experienced with all dog sizes and breeds. I grew up surrounded by dogs, either my own or friends’/family’s. I grew up with a black labrador which I learned to train alongside my father, and walked daily. Currently I own a one-year old mischievous pug who I trained to walk and behave over the summer. I do not have my dog with me and would love to provide the love and care to other people’s dogs too! I have previously taken care of dogs for my friends ranging from Yorkshire Terriers to Huskies. I live close to a dog-friendly area with green open spaces, and I am also happy to travel to other parks/locations closer to people’s homes. I do not have a driving licence but I’m happy to travel within a 30-40minute commute.

Alexandra used to walk my dog whenever I was busy and was always so enthusiastic about it and my little Yorkie loved her! There was never any problem during the walks or occasional sitting. Would recommend her for any activity that involves dogs!
Alexandra has always been the one I would ask to walk or sit my French Bulldog ever since he was a puppy. She's always been incredibly caring and loving and he would be so happy to see her. Now that she is away at university she only walks him when she is home during the holidays but he still gets incredibly excited every time.

I do not have any breed or size preferences, however if the dog is very large I would like to know how well trained he is in walking and whether he pulls on the leash so I can provide a safe walking experience. In addition any health issues, alergies or special needs.
A typical day
I live in a very dog-friendly area, with big pedestrian zones and green areas. Alternatively, I can go to parks in around the owner’s residence.Besides walking I can play games such as fetch, frisbee or agility games and also take the dogs running if they are in need of greater physical activity. I can also practice commands or tricks if the dog is currently doing training. I can also encourage him socialise with other dogs.
