I left my puppy within 4 hour I received a text asking me to “pick up my pet” she was aware I was travelling to London and was already enroute on the train. The reason she asked to cancel was because there was a tiny streak of blood in his poo. We already spoke to the vets and there were very aware of everything and was happy for him to go out and be looked after. When we were speaking I was told by her that I wasn’t going to get a refund because she accepted my booking and not others. When I came to pick up my puppy the front door was slammed in my face which was extremely rude and I was confused and why she done that. My puppy was very quiet when he came back home. I had to contact Rover customer service and they were very helpful in sorting everything out. The stress I had to go through to find a last minute reliable person who I can trust.

Alexandra treated our puppy with love and the best of care! Lots of photo updates of freyja having a wonderful time. She went on walks and had lots of cuddles, I couldn't have felt more comfortable that freyja was in good hands. Very professional. Thank you! ❤
