Good communication Dependable
Alexandra was great! This was my first time booking with Rover, and she made things simple and worry-free. She did a meet and greet before and had excellent communication over the days I was gone. She was also very accommodating to my GSPs routine. I will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks Alexandra!!
We are newbies to Rover and were a little nervous at first. Alex totally put our minds at peace immediately with her professionalism and sweet personality. Prior to our trip Alex came and met our little gang to learn all the ins and outs of the dogs routines. While we were gone we received fun pictures and updates of how things were going which meant a lot to us. Our dogs were loved up and cared for by the Best! Alex is are go-to from now on, we absolutely adore her!
Great to work with, and took good care of the dogs!
