We have used Alex since she was a student at John Carroll. Unfortunately, both our cat and dog Have passed on but we would highly recommend her. When we returned from our time away, the house Was always clean, clean sheets on bed, animals Were well taken care of . She made going away Much easier as we knew everything would be taken care of. Also , if there was an issue or question we were always contacted so if there was a decision to make regarding the house or pets, we were kept in The loop. Alex is a very responsible individual.
