Alexandra was great with my girl over the weekend! She was super flexible on pickup and drop off times, always sent plenty of updates, and gave my pup lots of exercise. She has a great way of introducing the dogs to each other so as not to start off the stay with any hurt feelings!

Very disappointed. My first experience with Alex was great and my puppy came home tired and happy. However, during my second day of daycare she abruptly cancelled our next scheduled date because my puppy had an accident in her house. Our dogs profile says that he still has an occasional accident in the house and believe she should not have accepted the responsibility of caring for my dog if she couldn’t handle an accident. Her communication with my husband was unprofessional and rude. We were unable to find daycare for our puppy because of her cancellation. If you put yourself on Rover and open your house to dogs of all ages, you should be willing to deal with accidents and any other normal puppy behavior. In his report card it also says he only had 1 pee and 1 poop break and he was there for about 8 hours, which is not enough.
