Pet care experience
My name is Ally and I'm a lover of all animals. I've been caring for my own dogs and cats my whole life as well as caring for friends and family's pets and have gained even further experience through the use of Rover. I first used Rover starting in 2019 and watched many different dogs during that time. Small, large, young, old. My dog at the time was also deaf which was a big challenge, but we always had lots of fun. I took a break from dog sitting after I moved from the desert to Oceanside and started a family. Now I’m looking to meet and care for some new furry friends!

She was great! She helped me out last minute and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ll defiantey book with her again! My dog came back and went straight to sleep, sign of a good stay.
Our doggies had another great visit with Ally and her puppy. We always know they’ll have a good time, so we can enjoy our time away as well.
We were much later than expected in our pickup. It was not a problem at all. Loki seemed well taken care of.
Jack and Layla had so much fun during their stay! Ally has a back yard which was perfect for them to run around. She was great with communicating with us while sending photos and updates during their stay. We will definitely book with Ally again!

We live in a pet friendly apartment building with a dog area for regular bathroom breaks. I am also able to provide daily walks for your pup, stay on top of feeding schedules, provide any medications or other special requirements, and plenty of love and attention. I am able to provide bathing if necessary and am open to any other special requests you may have. I allow pets on furniture and the bed unless owner requests otherwise. Your pet will be part of the family while in my care. I can't wait to meet you and your pup!

Before watching your pup I'd like to know if they have any specific dietary needs (how much to feed them, what not to feed them, etc). I'd like to know if they are potty trained. Does your dog(s) get along with other dogs and cats? How is your dog with small children? Do you allow your pets on the furniture? Anything that will help me to make both you and your dog feel more comfortable.
A typical day
When your dog stays with me we will take daily walks and/or go to a park for playtime. I usually enjoy walking the nearby neighborhood or walks on the strand if your dog is good with others. There is a dog park in Carlsbad I enjoy and I love walking at Hosp Grove Park. When we're finally all tired out we will go home and hang out with some toys or lounge on the couch.

Availability
I’m currently a stay at home mom with my young daughter so your pet would be our main priority. I am available everyday of the week and at almost any time.
