Pet care experience
I’ve had dachshunds since I was 10 yrs old. Though my many years of caring for my own doxies, I’ve been able to care for my current doxie, Blackie which has epilepsy. I’m patient with anxious and nervous dogs. Dogs that have been aggressive toward people I have been able to calm down and us have a successful stay.

Alexandra is an excellent sitter. This is the first time I used Rover. She kept me very informed about my dogs and sent pictures. She’s very sweet and kind. She was very sensitive to my dogs special needs, one is blind.
Very nice and attentive. Alexandra spent a lot of time with our dog and sent us regular updates.
Alexandra was great. Our dog was feeling bad post puppy vaccinations and she helped her thru the tough day.
She did a great job, kept the small dog company and I would recommend.

I like to go to my clients households and take care of the pets as I know that they are comfortable in their own homes! I always make sure to clean up and tidy up the house before I leave. I also send pictures to clients to know their pets are doing alright!

A couple of must knows before I stay or care for your Fur-Baby: • What is the pets normal routine? (Mealtimes, walk time, grooming time, meds time, play time, bed time… Where do they like to sleep?) • Does the pet have a special place they like to potty? (Backyard, down the road, along the trees, etc.) • Where do I throw the poop bags? • Is the pet allowed on the furniture? (for of course cuddles) •What are your pet’s triggers? •What are they scared of? (Do they get scared of loud noises and/or fireworks) •What will they react to? (Barking at other dogs, not friendly to other humans outside their comfort zone) • Is there anything else I need to know about your pet?
A typical day
I enjoy taking my dogs (even those in my care) on several long walks a day. Playing with their favorite toys and of course if they love to fetch we are going to play.

Currently my prices reflect what they do as this is my main source of income and I want to provide the very best of care for all dogs that I’m booked to care for. This also helps be keep my bookings low so that I can dedicate my time and attention to your fur baby. They will get a lot of attention, belly rubs and affection during every visit.
