Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience with Alexandra. She was initially easy to communicate with, but hard to get in touch with toward the end of our stay. As soon as we picked up our dog, I noticed that she had a couple of stickers worked into her fur, leaving us concerned with how much Alexandra actually interacted with her. We also noticed how thirsty she was, and she could not get enough to drink once we got her in the car. We also noticed a pile of (obviously old) dog poop in the home, which made me think that our dog was not taken outside to use the bathroom too often. Would not book with her again.

She kept me informed on how she was doing without asking! She sent pics and updates daily and treated her as if she were her own! Definitely will use her again!
