Pet care experience
I grew up with a love for all animals with a Dad as a veterinarian. I have owned cats, dogs, pigs, horses, and even birds! I have worked as a veterinary technician for the past 5 years after getting my degree in Animal Science from Virginia Tech in 2013. I work full-time as a Registered Nurse in D.C. on the Cardiac ICU unit. I am looking to have more time to play with more animals in my free time! I have two cats (Panda and Bagheera) and a black lab (Lola) of my own! I hope to be able to bring Lola on walks with your dog, too! My animals are great with all other animals! We love to play outside, go on walks, and play in the house together!

Alex is awesome! She watches our 2 dogs when we go out of town. Alex stays at our house and cares for the pups as if we were home so their schedule isn’t altered drastically. She truly treats them as if they were her own and I can tell they love spending time with her ! Alex’s rates are reasonable and she is responsible and trustworthy. There are only a few people I’d leave our dogs with for an extended amount of time and she’s definitely at the top of the list !
