Pet care experience
My family had a black Lab when I was born, who would watch over my crib and keep me out of trouble once I started crawling. After him, we got two more Labs then kept two of their puppies…it was a yard full of energy 😆. I can’t commit to training and owning a dog myself right now, so I dedicate my belly rubbing and ear scratching skills to others’ pets. I'm the collective dog aunt within my core group of friends, and I love showering them with attention. I have also volunteered at Family Dog Rescue, walked, sat, and fostered ad hoc over the past few years. Few things are more satisfying than giving a "good boy" a well-deserved ear rub ☺️

Alexandra always takes such good care of our pup. She checks in daily and sends photos and videos. Our dog always comes back happy and you can tell she takes very good care of him! She was also super flexible when our flight got delayed and we had to pick him up a little later.

Mara stayed with Alexandra and had a great time. Alexandra was very communicative and sent us updates with photos of Mara enjoying her stay. We would recommend Alexandra to all pup parents and hope we can work with her again in the future!
Alexandra took great care of our pup! He is a rescue so he has a few nuances to him but she handled it all so well! Our dog came back happy and she sent us photos and videos throughout our trip. We will definitely use Alexandra again to watch our dog.

A typical day
A long walk in the morning after breakfast or before dinner to burn energy with shorter potty trips throughout the day as needed. Rest assured, they’ll receive many snuggles.

I usually work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays and have flexibility to be home more. My office is also close enough to come back mid-day.
