Pet care experience
I've owned dogs my whole life, and have numerous years of professional dog handling experience working with dogs of all breeds and sizes in both a daycare and shelter setting. I pay close attention to detail, and have a plethora of knowledge on dog to dog interaction. I'm currently doing this on the side on my days off with the hopes that I can begin to do this full time in the future. The time of year has no impact on my availability as I am used to being outside in all weather conditions.

Alexander was a very easy person to work with. Kirke seemed to be quite happy to stay with him.
Alex was great! He sent us pictures of merlin happily playing with his pup and was very responsive through drop-off and arrival. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sitter :)
Alex was extremely quick to respond and was very accommodating to our needs and schedule. Teddy was tired from the long day he already had before arriving at Alex's but he still got along well with his dog Athena! I was relieved to see a couple of pictures during the stay with the two pups happily next to each other. Thank you Alex!!
Alexander took great care of Bagel. He was really patient with introducing him to his dog Athena and sent photos and updates throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend him and will reach out to him in the future!

I have a German Shepherd of my own that loves to play with other dogs so your pup would have a friend to play with. We live in an apartment in a very pet friendly area right off the South Portland Green belt trail and minutes away from all kinds of different hiking areas so there are plenty of adventures to be had!

Some information that would be useful for me to have about your pup would be 1. Do they have any allergies that you are aware of? 2. Are they reactive? Whether towards people or other dogs. 3. Are they off leash trained with reliable recall?
A typical day
I live right off the South Portland greenbelt trail and there are plenty of other trails nearby that are great for fun adventures with pups!

I'm currently working full time Monday-Friday which I'm sure you can imagine keeps me pretty busy during the week, so my availability is pretty limited to my days off for now. That would be Fridays after 4pm, Saturdays all day/night, and Sundays until about 10pm.
