Both my wife and I have been taking care of animals al our lives but we currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 snakes, 1 leopard gecko, 1 rabbit, 1 quail (rescue), and a small colony of Madagascar hissing cockroaches. All of our pets (except the dogs who are kennel trained and cats who roam free) reside in very secure cages and have never escaped. We have a medium sized backyard with a tall wooden fence and allow our dogs and cats on furniture inside. I’m currently in the process of separating from the Army after 4 years active duty and my wife works full time as well. We have offset work schedules so the pets normally don’t have to go more than 4 hours without being let out for potty breaks. We both have the entirety of every weekend to relax at home where we can most of the day with our pets. Your pet will not be lonely in my home! I have 2 very friendly non-aggressive dogs and 2 equally friendly cats that all get along with other dogs and cats. We also have other pets that all have their own secure cages. We have a spare large kennel if needed as well as plenty of toys.
