I am a middle school science teacher who LOVES dogs! I own a loving hound mix named Jax who is three years old. He is a friendly companion who gets along with ALL DOGS! I used to have a Hungarian vizsla and have watched many different types of dogs including golden retrievers, basset hounds, Norwich terriers, jack russell terriers, and german shorthair pointers. I have experience in the pet industry. I used to work at Morris Animal Inn as a dog walker and activity staff. What I can provide for you and your beloved Pup!: - Doggy daycare at our home with socialization -long walks with your dog either solo or a walk with our own friendly dog for extra socialization - walks on a nature trail or path or around the neighborhood - drop ins to see how your dog is doing, cater to their needs, and provide them with attention during the day I guarantee to : -treat your dog like a part of our family - take your dog on MANY walks - ensure your dog gets a lot of exercise Meet our pet: Jax is our handsome hound mix adopted from St. Hubert’s. He is around three years old and gets along with all dogs. About our yard I live in house in Gladstone NJ. This is a quite and peaceful neighborhood with a lot of trails in short distance from the house!

Alexa made me feel very secure leaving my pup in good hands. I know she clearly understood my instructions and could exercise good judgment if something unexpected came up. I would happily ask her to help me out again and my dog would be jumping for joy, too!

We have a beautiful golden retriever, and we always travel with her as we have a hard time leaving her with others. We had occasions come up where we could not bring her with us - and Alexa was recommended to us. Best decision we made! She was very loving to "Summer" and took fantastic care of her. Summer also enjoys her company very much. Alexa was wonderful with Summer - walking her a lot, playing with her, cuddling with her (Summer loves to cuddle) and I could not have had anyone better to care for our pet. I highly recommend Alexa to care for anyone's loving pet, as I can guarantee that she will give more then you would expect. Alexa has a special way with animals and for that reason, we have absolutely no problem to leave our dog in her care or to strongly recommend her to others!
My daughter Alexa has a passion for taking care of all animals, particularly dogs. She has experience working at kennels, caring for the pets of friends and relatives, and for our past dog. I think she would a great dog and pet caregiver!! Paul

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks: We live around many country roads and trails which we enjoy using weekly. We will take your dog for walks on trails and the streets in our neighborhood. Your dog's sleeping arrangement: Your dog will sleep in either our room or our living room. We can setup a bed or crate. Time we will spend with your dog: Playing with toys, snacks for tricks, search and find food, and other activities. We will spend a large portion of our day catering to your dogs needs. My boyfriend works from home and takes care of your dog and our own. We will be sure to give your dog more than enough attention - they will be spoiled!
