Pet care experience
I currently help rescue groups to provide housing for dogs in foster care and before that I ran a pet related company for 8 years. Up until recently, my day was filled with pets (especially dogs). I'm very confident that I can handle any situation. I also do very well with puppies and training. I grew up with animals so being able to spend time with a pup or kitten really fills my need to have that cuddle bug in my life. I personally have three dogs and one foster as well as four personal cats and three fosters.

Vixen had a good time staying with Alexa. Good communication and photos during her stay and most importantly very quick response time upon booking — we actually got cancelled on by another Rover due to a family emergency the day before our trip and Alexa saved the day with her flexibility and quick responses to our questions during the rebooking process. Also very convenient to the IAH airport.
Alexa was more than helpful when she stayed at our home with our boys Louis and Gus. She went above and beyond what was expected and even purchased toys for the pups. I would highly recommend her and I felt really good about who our dogs were with while we were gone.

I have a large dog door that allows them to come and go as they please. We have a fully fenced in back yard with plenty of space for sunbathing, rolling around, and bone-chewing. We have three large dog beds so they always have a place to lay, and a nice couch for cuddles.

I am open to any breed. There is no "dangerous breed," it's all about how they are trained and raised; what lifestyle they have been exposed to. Please let me know if your baby has ANY allergies and ANY medication they will need during my time with them. I am comfortable with all ways of administering medication.
A typical day
I would love to take your dog to the local dog park on the weekends! There are several good ones in the area where they can swim and run around with other dogs of all shapes and sizes!

I have a full time job but work from home so I have plenty of time for all the dog walks and cuddles! Please try to schedule in advance, however an impromptu service may be accommodated.
